It is exactly what we wanted for them. The colors are beautiful and the composition perfect. They were so surprised when they arrived at the reception and we told them we had commissioned you to create a painting for them as a wedding gift. Kate had never seen or known of anyone that has done this; she was completely surprised. It was perfect! She had been involved with every wedding decision, so it was great to surprise her with something that she did not know anything about! It was a last minute decision to even research doing this for them and everything just fell into place …. you lived close to us; you were available, and we loved your work. It was meant to be we decided. I knew if I didn’t do it, I would regret it. I was right … because we love the painting, our guests loved watching you paint during the evening and, most importantly, Kate and Jeff are thrilled to have this special rememberance of their wedding day.
